[Solved] Not all titles showing was created by cantthinkofanickname
Not all the thumb and lightbox titles are showing www.acdorchester.org.uk/memories/196-galleries.html . Here is my labels.txt (I can't see anything wrong with it):

Please check again that the filenames inside the labels.txt file is the same with the filenames of the image to this gallery.
