hi,

i have the same error.
- the cache directory have 777 rights.
- save mode = off

after i have delete all older pictures in the \cache the article withe thumbnails -picures are showing.

but after 120min the article is blank again !
what is the problem ?

at this time all pictures are present but after 120min no thumbnails are present.

OK, problem solved. I done like wrote Salamander: I deleted all older pictures in the cache folder. Now gallery working properly.

But, I have other issue. If, I want to change width and hight thumbnalis:
{gallery}images/gallery:160:100{/gallery}

, error occur: "Image folder doesn't exists!"

Are the images located in images/stories/images/gallery?
If you have set the path to be images/stories then you should begin from after that to find the folder of your images you want to use in the gallery.

So if you just have the folder located in images/gallery you should change the path inside the plugin to be images/ and write to the article {gallery}gallery:160:100{/gallery}

If I remove width and hight thumbnails are showing. So, path is correct.

Could you please provide a link to your site so I can check?

i have still problems with Thumbnail in the cache-directory :-(

question:
i have see the parameter "Thumbnail cache expiration time"
what is the highest value for this paramterer?

my idee is. the Thumbnail should create only one-times and valid for everytime.

is it posible ?
