The placeholders for the thumbnails are shown, but there are no thumbnails visible.

I use a rockettheme template, cache has been cleaned and rebuilt. The thumbnails are present in the cache folder, but they don't show up on the page. No K2, just a regular Joomla! article.

Could you try renaming the images avoiding any special characters, spaces, parenthesis, etc?

I've tried that. Same problem. I noticed in Internet Explorer 6 the thumbnails do show up.

I don't know what changed. But I did change the filenames again and now in FF3 everything seems to be working.

I just wanted to add to this thread since this is the thread I found when searching.  Apparently, it's not a good idea to have special characters in the image names.  I had some images that had parenthesis in the name like: image_name_(2).jpg.  I removed the parenthesis and the thumbnails weren't blank anymore.

Code need small leter both file name and extention . Change.JPG > change.jpg
