Is there a way to use Joomla to edit the labels.txt file for captions? was created by Blake Peterson

I know how to access the labels.txt file outside of Joomla to open and edit it, but I was hoping there was a way to use Joomla to edit the .txt file. I don't think it's possible, but I figured I'd ask to see if anyone knew of something I didn't.
