Bullets Problems and IE7 also was created by stefangr

Hello,
Can you please provide me with some help about the bullet problem?
I get bullets in the front of my thumbnails and it is not very nice.
Also have problem with IE display. In IE7 all thumbnails are messed up.
Please need some urgent help cause i have to finish web site till tomorrow.

IE7 problem ( messed up photos ) is solved.
Now i see in both IE7 and FF bullets with the photos.
