Hallo guys,

i have an gallery and want to show several images from that gallery in a Joomla-Artical.
But i don't want to show the whole gallery and i want the text to wrap around some thumbnails.

The sample from the documentation is almost what i want:

{gallery}sigpro/megara:200:260:1:0{/gallery}

Now i am looking for an option to show another picture from that gallery.

Please help me :)

Please provide us with a url from your site and explain me exactly what are you trying to do....

I can't show you the site, because it's local hosted.
Let's try to explain it in another way:

I have an gallery with 5 pictures.
Now i want to show some of this pictures in an articel. But i don't want them to be displayed in de gallery-layout. I want to chosse the position by myself. Maybe in the middel of the text or at the bottom of the text...

So what is the problem?
Go to content item, write the content you want and put the {gallery}sigpro/megara:200:260:1:0{/gallery}for example wherever you want the gallery to be shown.

Ok, you don't understand me.

Let's try it with my wonderful paint picture:

on the left you vahe the gallery (e.g.: images/stories/gallery1/)

on the right there is the articcel and the way i want to display the pictures from the gallery.

This is not possible.

That's what I suspected. :(

Maybe it's a suggestion for a new feature:

Choose a special Picture from a gallery by editing the "SIG-Code".
