I AM HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING MY IMAGES TO SHOW UP AFTER THE THUMBNAIL IS CLICKED. CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT, OR GIVE ANY IDEA WHAT THE PROBLEM MIGHT BE? COULD IT BE SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE ORDER OF PLUGINS INSTALLED???

I USE A MAC, AND WHEN I OPEN THE SITE IN SAFARI IT WORKS, BUT WHEN I USE FIRFOX IT DOES NOT WORK. I HAVE ALSO TESTED IT USING A PC AND I GET THE SAME PROBLEM USING IE AND FIREFOX.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Try to change the pop up engine at the SIG Pro settings.

I have the same problem .
My Site is www.horseman.gr (it is in Greek so be prepared)
When I select a photograph from the thumbnail , the popup screen opens but it does not load the image.
My images are is directories unders /images/stories/ and they have 755 permisions.
My Cache directory has 777 permisions and my images have 777 permisions.

I have even tried to reinstall the free version that worked before but I encounter the same problem .

The SEO options are disabled.

Did you try to change the pop up engine of the plugin? If not please do...
