Hello to all.
I ve moved my site to a new provider then SIG stopped working complaining about folder with images not existing (which was wrong...).
After a couple of unsuccessful trial I ve tried to remove and reinstall SIG pro but every time I ve got this message "Warning! Failed to move file."
I ve check the database but there no track of SIG plugin in tables. Any idea?

Thank you...But not my problem.
I've check this but my tmp folder is right with 777 rights. I've exported the site with joomlaPack and everything works fine except SIGpro (AllVideo works too).  ???
Well, I'm starting to desesper.
Probably something easy to fix, but how...

Are you sure that you have unzip the file and find the appropriate version for your site?

Concerning the initial problem with the folder, did you check that the folder path that SIG PRO uses in its parameters is correct?

I've managed to reinstall SIG pro correctly and no more problem messages anymore, but the gallery still doesn't show up ???
Strangely the temp directory (inside stories) stays empty (it has 777 rights).
Any suggestion?

Was stupid like often...
the Joomla root cache was set to 755 (but apparently it's not enough) and I CHMOD it to 777, then galleries start to show up.
