When I want to make a link on Facebook to a K2 article it doesn't give me the options to choose a related thumb. It shows me other images like ads and other things that are not really a part of the story, but do exist on my site.

What I want and need to do is be able to choose an image from the gallery to show as a Facebook thumb.

The only workaround I can think of for making this work is to add an images together in the text in the usual way from the editor image button and not using the "Image" or the "Image Gallery" tags.

Using Joomla 1.5.15 with K2 v2.2 and SIG Pro 2.0.4

Isn't K2 and SIG Pro supposed to be social friendly  :'(

I have been comparing the sites on blog.joomlaworks.net/post/215687522/k2-powered-joomla-websites-that-stand-out-pt-1 with my own ( www.pixelic.com/ ) and I can't see anything different. They work, mine doesn't. Could it be that I have a very narrow first image? Should the leading image be more square..? 

I changed one of my "narrow" images to a more rectangular and square version and quess what... it worked!

Can anybody explain why this happened?
Has Facebook some limitations on how it picks out the thumbnails?

Oh well... :o I guess now we know (if you should encounter this problem here is your answer).

PS. If anybody wants to "test-drive" my "narrow" images and see what I mean... just use my webblink in my profile. The first entry in my blog (boomstreet) has a more common shaped size. This one works great.
