Hi.

I've just bought this plug in for my Joomla sites and installed it with absolutely no problem at all into my first site and it works beautifully.

I then installed into another site that had the free version installed. After installing the pro version I immediately uninstalled the free version. I then enabled the pro version but my gallery does not show in the article. In fact I get nothing but a blank space where the thumbnails should be.

I can't understand why it's not working. Both sites are running the same version of Joomla (1.5.15) and I have not touched any of the parameters in either.

One thing of note..when I installed pro it said that the en-GB.plg_content_jw_sigpro.ini file could not be installed so I manually inserted it by FTP. I also deleted the free version's .ini file at the same time as this was still there.

Anyone have any clue why it's not working?

Have now had to revert back to the free version which defeats the object of paying for pro, but hey, at least it works  >:(

Anyone have any thoughts on why upgrading to pro didn't work?

Please uninstall and reinstall again...
