I have added pictures to an existing folder, but whatever I try SIGPRO makes no labels for the new pictures nor thumbnails or images. What an i missing. When I created a new map everything works fine. Do i have to make a new map just to add a new picture? Greetings Ype

i've cleaned my cache on front and back end. Did not work for me. I've also tried de-installing and re-installing SIGPRO, i've made a new map, nothing seems to work. No new lables.txt is being generated. You can check on www.janenmien.nl/joomla/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=50&Itemid=56 and even stranger....(3 images where 2 have labels www.janenmien.nl/joomla/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=47&Itemid=28
do you have another advise?

I've made new maps and uploaded labels.txt through FTP, all captions are shown now. Problem is solves

I"m not entirely sure if this is the same issue, here goes.  I put a gallery tag on an article in Joomla 1.5, the text file was made to add titles to the images, etc.  I then, via FTP, removed one image from that folder, and then changed the name and uploaded it back. Now I can't add the title to the image in the thumbnails view, even after editing the text file that references that image.

I'm a little frustrated and finding it difficult to get a solution to my problem. I have installed "Simple Image Gallery PRO" Plugin v2.0.5 for Joomla! 1.5.x Nothing works. I have followed all the instructions and believe that I have installed it correctly.
With debug mode enabled I get the following message on the screen "Simple Image Gallery PRO Notice: Joomla!'s "/cache" folder is not writable. Please correct this folder's permissions."
The permissions are set correctly ie 755.
Please direct me to the correct area if this is not the right forum.

No thumb, images or label.txt with new images  :'(

I installed Simple Image Gallery Pro. Created a test folder with 2 images.
When I open the article page, viewed 2 frames, and caption = Title.
The problem is that not seen pictures of tumbnails framework, but the images can be opened and viewed fine in large format. Also the text under the images can be edited and viewed in large format, but the image statement seen only text: Title ???

Rights in the directory / test / where the images are located is set to 777
Similarly, the cache folder set to 777

Try to change your pop engine in your SIG PRO plugin settings please.

No thumb, images or label.txt with new images:

I've tried to switch pop engine several times but without changing anything  >:(

In an attempt to get a solution in detail, I have installed the same Joomla installation with RocketTheme's Crystalline template on a different web space but with the same result  :'(

Then I installed "SIG Pro" on an older RocketTheme's template with succes. "SIG Pro" work fine :)

I therefore conclude that the problem lies in the RocketTheme's Crystalline template.

I therefore create a thread on their forum to try to reach a solution.

I have no idea what is causing this but when I open code generated by SIG it is clear that it can not work. Look here for code:

As you can see there is no code for showing of image.

Anyway, I would suggest to ask inside Joomla Works forum as they know best their extension.
