Closelabel.gif Not Showing Up

I just upgraded from the free version to PRO (very excited, by the way) - but I'm having trouble with the "Close" image (closelabel.gif) showing up; Next and Previous are showing up just fine; but instead of "Close" it just shows the little red x.
Anyone know how to fix it?
Also, I've been trying to fix a few CSS issues but it's not giving me access. (In particular, I want to change the font size of the captions, as well as get rid of that pesky blue border around all of the images...) Is this a CHMOD problem and/or has anyone else had this issue?
Thanks!

What you mean with
Also, I've been trying to fix a few CSS issues but it's not giving me access.
You can't modify the files?
You don't have the permissions to download, modify and upload the files?

As you can see, the next and previous images are showing up great... It's just the close image that isn't there...
Also, while you're there, is there a way you can tell me to easily turn off the blue image border(s) on the thumbnails?
Thanks for your help!

I double-checked via FTP as well and the "closelabel.gif" file is there... But for some reason it's just not finding it.

And can you think of a reason why it would work just fine with the free version, but break for the PRO version?

Bad hosts usually screw permissions up. Anyway. You can CHMOD all the mambots/content/plugin_jw_sigpro/ folder to 755 or 777 if you wish to make sure.

I guess I'm just going to try uninstalling and reinstalling one more time. Then, if it doesn't work, I'll probably just have to go back to the free version. Do you offer any sort of money back policy with your paid products?

When i do "right click->properties" at the image with the red x, i see that the browser try to fint the picture
http://www.empowerment4women.com/templates/js_voodoo_oo1/images/closelabel.gif
If you try to copy paste this url to ypur browser will see that browser can't find this image.
Are you sure that this image exist at the same path? and have the permissions to be viewed?
Thank you!

Could you tell me which .php, .css file, etc. would do the callout for the closelabel.gif file when using Slimbox?
Here's what I've found so far:
<script type="text/javascript">
var sigThickboxClose = \'<img src="'.$mosConfig_live_site.'/mambots/content/plugin_jw_sigpro/slimbox/'.$language.'/closelabel.gif" border="0" />\';
</script>
And that is exactly where the file is. I just can't figure out why it won't render it, when it's very easily rendering the "Prev" and "Next" images... I've checked and the permissions are the same, it seems like the callouts are correct...
Also, the slimbox.css is calling out what seems to be correct as well:
#lbCloseLink {display:block;float:right;width:66px;height:22px;background:transparent url(closelabel.gif) no-repeat center;margin:5px 0;}
Very odd.
I guess I need to figure out how and why the properties (when you right-click on the missing image) show a different path... I tried copying the file over to that path name, by the way, (the ...templates/js_voodoo_001/images/ folder) and that didn't work as a hack either.
If you have any additional ideas I'd be grateful. (As an aside - and I hate to complicate things further - it looks like the loading image isn't working either. Hmmm...)
Thanks!

Clear any caches in Joomla.
Clear your browser cache.
Re-install SIG Pro.

Uninstalled plugin
Cleared caches in Joomla
Cleared cache in brower
Re-installed SIG Pro
Still doesn't work! In fact, Slimbox stopped working entirely...
No offense, but I can't spend much more time on this. I'm just going to go back to the free version. And so, it brings me back to my previous question: Do you guys offer any sort of 30-day or money back guarantee?
Thanks for your help. I'm sorry it didn't work out. :'(

The closelabel.gif nextlabel.gif and prevlabel.gif are not displaying on the slimbox.
Is there any update on how to fix it.
In ie when i view the image properties i can see the image location is:
"crumlinyouthreach.com//templates/getTemplate();?>/images/closelabel.gif"
which is clearly a mistake
Any help is much appreciated.
Cheers,
John

What template are you using?
@all
Please revert to the default template in Joomla to make sure it's a template issue.

In the lytebox.js at line 79 I can see
this.fileCloseImage = "mambots/content/plugin_jw_sigpro/lytebox/greek/closelabel.gif";
I think that is correct, isn't it?
carly23420 I don't believe that you have to go back to the free version. We will try to correct any problem all together. May we make a fault as users of sigpro!
