I suppose you have Spanish language installed. What you need to do is locate the English language file of the plugin in administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_content_jw_sigpro.ini, copy this file over to administrator/language/es_ES/es-ES.plg_content_jw_sigpro.ini and translate it to spanish.

In addition, search at the forum for translations! Maybe you find what you are looking for.
