label.txt file issue was created by lavidasolutions
Hi, I'v tried to look up previous issues concerning this problem on the forum, none have worked out. The first error I had was the "image not supported" thing which I was able to get around thanks to posts I came across here. Now my images popup fine but the captions I set in the label.txt file doesn't come up with the images and it's really important they do... Can I get some help on this, pleaseeee :'(

NO label.txt for me also! i just bought the pro version as i wanted text under my pictures and i unpublished the free version so my article had the galleries already with all of my pictures in the folders.
so when i go to my folder stories/mygalleryfolder/ is no label.txt in there and my permission is ok have checked.
1. do i need to generate a label.txt? if yes: How?
2. am i looking in wrong palce for the label.txt? if yes: Where is it?
Warm regards A

:) Thanks finally found out what the issue was, had to do with the extension. Case sensitivity. My images were [.JPG] while on the label.txt file, I used [.jpg], they must corresspond.

You just have to save the labels.txt file after editing it in UTF-8 encoding.

@lavidasolutions
I've been having trouble with the captions for a couple of months. The labels.txt had JPG, while the files were jpg. Changing them to matching cases solved the problem. Thanks!
