Problems with opacity in ie

I use the fancybox style and can't get opacity working for the description box in ie browsers.
I have tried these settings in the jquery.fancybox.css:
div#fancy_title { position:absolute; bottom:10px; left:10px; right:10px; z-index:100; display:none; background:#861011; opacity:0.5; -ms-filter:"progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Alpha(Opacity=50)"; filter: alpha(opacity=50);}
Is there any workaround to have it working?
Please I need help to solve this.

The URL is here: nymodigt.com.preview.binero.se/index.php/butiken/inredning
Click one of the thumbs and you can see the background color of the comment text (the entire block actually) has a opacity value (works in FF) but that doesn't work in ie.
If that is possible, is it then also possible to just change the opacity of the background and keep the Information header and caption text to an opacity of 100% = 1.0?

Probably something in your css conflicts with something else (check all the elements that has opacity in your css template) or cannot be read properly in IE.

It has some workaround for the IE opacity (note tho that i normally did not have to do this, but i guess it also depends on which version of IE are you developing for and some things might depend on your other css/html code etc...)

This solved the transparency problem in IE.
