(I did a quick search, honest! :-[)

SIGP v 2.0.5

Layout template for image galleries: Artistic

1. How can I change the color of the popup frame to a different color or disable it?
(Preferably a different color) I can’t seem to find what to change in Firebug.

2. How can I change the color of the font? I’ve tried changing the css, but changes to not take effect.

3. How can I get rid of the path info shat shows in the popup?

Popup engine for image galleries: MultiBox (Mootools)

4. Can the color of the popup be changed?

For the popup CSS you need to modify the CSS file inside plugins/content/jw_sigpro/popup_engines/Engine you are using/...

For the colors of the thumbnails you need to modify the CSS file inside plugins/content/jw_sigpro/templates/template you are using/...

The tooltip is the title of the a element, so you can't do many things.
