How can I make the Danish letters show up in the captions?

I have tried using these codes: anett-h.dk/php_tegnkode/hurtig_dansk.php, but no luck :(

I think it has to be some charset but the Danish letters show up fine on the Joomla articles (Danish Joomla 1.5.15)

Can anyone help me out here?

Just Save the labels.txt file in UTF-8 encoding.
