A couple of days ago I buyed SIG pro and installed it in Joomla. Nice program, but one problem. The thumbnails appear as blank boxes on the site, while the images are viewed correctly when clicked upon (the blank box). The images are in jpg-extension and copied into the images/stories/topic folder.

I tried many things, like:
- minimizing the file-format
- renaming them
- activating the leggacy-system plugin in Joomla (read that it was nescessary)
- making the cache folder in the webserver's www-directory writable
- and searching the template css-file for 'important' notes, since I read that that seemed to be the problem of another person here. In the css-file I found a few times the word 'important', but I'm not sure if i shoul delete it.

I had that problem with a few files.  Had to do with the file name.  Be sure the file names do not include spaces or invalid characters (i.e. ()$%, etc....)

Thanks Katia, but i found the solution of my problem ;
The fact is that ".jpeg" don't show the thumbs, but ".jpg" do !!

so, just transforming my jpeg > jpg
