Please help. I have searched the forum and tried all the proposed solutions but nothing is working.

I have the galleries in place but I cannot get the " :'(" to work:
No file is generated
My own file does not work.
Re installing has not helped
changing folders has not helped
Clearing cache has not helped
Trying the different styles and gallery types has not helped.

i am extremely disappointed because I only purchased the PRO option for this purpose.

Please advise.

Katia, I only did the text file for "perfumes"

I will do the one for tableware shortly.. who knows maybe that one will work.
