Please help!! Risizing thumbnails not working was created by Key Keepers, Ltd.
The thumbnails are being cropped and pulled to fit in the thumb window.  All I get is a very distorted un-proportional thumbnail.  My client wants to see the whole image, just thumbnail size.  The dimensions of the boxes are not as important

Does Simple Image Pro offer that option?  I can't find any place in the parameters where it asks you if you want to keep the original ratio of the image in the thumbnail.  I have tried every possible combination of parameters

thank you!!!!!

I believe there is a parameter called 'Fit thumbnails to available viewport?' which should be set to yes if you want the original image's ratio to be maintained.

thank you for your response.  I did that from the beginning.  If you look at the link, some are and some are not.  There is no consistency, and the artist does not want his thumbnails being displayed out of proportion.  WAPR020 is just one example.

Check the parameter Yiota has suggested and after that clean your cache.
