Can´t change attibutes of FancyBox was created by Ingo Haeck

When trying to edit "jquery.fancybox-1.2.1.js" for changing some attribute of the appearance of FancyBox as described here: fancybox.net/api/126 no changes are shown. Not even after deleting the Joomla cache.
Where can I make changes?

If you open the popup.php file inside the folder plugins/content/jw_sigpro/popup_engines/jquery_fancybox then you will see which js files are used for this engine.
