Internal Server Error with Simple image was created by brewater

I have uploaded your plug-in to the following page. njpac.org/joomla/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=422

Sometime the page loads and most of the time I receive an internal error.

I love the potential of your product but I need it to work...Help!

PS: We are running PHP 5.2 with GD and the cache is writable by IUSR
