Installed k2 image pro and supperblogger and the image gallery is not working, i have trawlled through the posts here and looked at all solutions tried them and they make no difference.

it would be good if support resolves an issue by pm if they could post the resolutions for others to try.

Have you changed the path in the plugin to something else? Have you checked the permissions of media folder to be writable?

I think the problem is in K2, it is unable to read the paths into the media folder.
when i add the zip file it creates a file in
media/k2/gallery/198/paul.

On the website i get {gallery}196{/gallery} its not reading the zipped file.

To test it I used ftp to load some images into media/k2/gallery/183 and it worked?

can you please help with this or do i need to go to k2
cheers nichola

You need to make sure that the media folder as well as the temp folder have writable permissions.

this is ridiculous why don't you give some proper support on your product, all over the the forums people are having the same problem and there is no one giving any solutions.

I have trawled the forums on all the above plugins and components and there is nothing that fixes these problems!!!!
