Hi, I cannot get any popup to work in SIG Pro.  I am using the latest version...just purchased.  I have Joomla 1.5.20, and I am using K2.

I looked through every forum here and on the K2 sight.  I don't see a solution or similar situation.  This makes me think it is an easy solution, but I've spent over three hours on it trying different things and decided I need help.

I did notice some posts concerning mootools versus no mootools, or Jquery. I tried every popup version and nothing works.

Your advice and help are greatly appreciated!

As far as I can see SIG PRO works just fine.

Really?  Not on my computer.  I only get one image at a time.  There is no "slideshow" as seen on the SIG Pro demo page.  The slideshow works perfectly on the demo so I know the functionality is working.  Why don't I get the slideshow is my question?  Can you confirm that you see the slideshow working on my site? 

Solved!  This is an issue with Network Solutions.  Anything uploaded into Joomla with a zipped file has File Permission issues.  This includes uploading through the install/uninstall page for plugins/modules/components, and using the Item Image Gallery upload in K2.  Every file in every Directory was set to 640.  Each filed needed to be 644.  Once the permissions were changed...the slideshow worked!
