Hi,

I need to disable the 'title' tag showing in the thumbnail of the images.

I have read this explanation in another thread...


1) Read the documentation of how to make a template overwrite of the plugin. www.joomlaworks.net/content/view/51/41/

2) COPY the folder /plugins/content/jw_sigpro/templates/Template you are using
to /templates/YOURJOOMLATEMPLATE/html/jw_sigpro/Template you are using.

3) Go to the CSS file inside the copied SIG Pro template and at the end of the file add  .sig-caption {display:none;}

But I have two questions, one, why do I have to make a copy of the folder, why can't I just edit the original jw_sigpro css? And two, when I look in my folder /templates/YOURJOOMLATEMPLATE/html/ there is no jw_sigpro folder so I couldn't copy it in even if I wanted to?

Any help would be much appreciated. Just don't see why I have to go to so much trouble copying and editing css just to disable the title tag.

Ok, I have disabled the titles by directly editing the css of the template.

What I would like to know now is how to change the size of the caption block that appears when an image is clicked upon. At the moment it is too big and is obscuring part of the picture itself.

Is this a back end option or is more css hacking required? :D

I have worked out how to avoid space above the caption narrative by altering the padding in the pop up css but cannot see where to change the space below the caption?

When you click on the photo you can see them at their original size.
You may decrease them before you upload them.
The dimension settings are referring to the thumbnails.
