So the PRO Plug-in works fine apart from the cache. When I load a page the thumbnails are generated and cached, but when I load the page again the first set of cached thumbnails are removed. I have set the plug-in cache to 120 and I still get the same problem.

I am using Joomla 1.5.22.

Please check your Joomla! settings too.

So what options do you surgest?  can you point me in a direction that I can start to look. I have made sure the system cache was off (but even if it was not it should keep the thumbnails) so what settigns woudl make this plugin remove all the cached files from the cache dir on ever page load.

just check your joomla admin cp .
the problem can be only there .

I think I should be getting some more info seeing this is a Paid for product. I have had better support from Non-Pay for Joomla products.

I understand there can be a huge amount of issues that could cause this issue, but I would also expect more info thean "Check you CP".

Please can you give me some guidence on how to fix this issue.

I have the same problem.  Only the jwsig thumbnails in my cache folder are being deleted(other files remain in cahce).
I have set my Joomla cache to 240 minutes and the plugin cache to 120 min.  The thumbnails work if I set the plugin cache to 0 then back to 120, then a few seconds later the thumbnails in the cache are gone again.

Please help.  This is on a live site.  Who can I PM my details to?
