I have searched all over this forum, and cannot seem to find an answer to this...

When I create an image gallery using the Default layout template, the first image has a link to the content article, and it creates a problem with the formatting of the image. When I look at the generated source code, it shows a link to the content item, but I cannot find where in SIG Pro this is being generated.

It doesn't happen if I use the other templates (sleek, etc) - only with the Default.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. BTW - I am using the JS Verdant template from JoomlaShack - Joomla 1.5.20 and SIG Pro 2.0.5 - I am going to upgrade to Joomla 1.5.22 and see if that solves it, but I'm not hopeful!

Sorry but I cannot see the link you have mentioned. Could you help me because I cannot see any problem at SIG Pro functionality in your site...

If you examine the thumbnail image on the page referenced in the URL above, there is a small box that shows a link to the content article. The box is just above the upper left corner of the thumbnail and has white borders. It is very small but quite visible.

This box only shows on the first thumbnail in a gallery and only when using the Default template. The box is visible on the thumbnail whether the gallery is set to display all thumbnail images or just the first one.

If you look at the first image, in the top left corner there is a small box, and if you hover over this box you will see that there is a link there to the content item (if you click it, it just brings you back to the same page you are on).

If you go to the home page of the site ( dogwoodguitars.com , and click on the "Guitars" link you will see that the fist image in this gallery has the same thing going on.

Also, if you look at the generated source code for either of those pages you will see that there is a link, in fact in shows up twice, and if I change the gallery to the default multiple image layout rather than the one-slide layout, it only shows up around the first image and not the other images in that gallery.

This is a css conflict with your template... Please ask your template provider to help you.
