"Failed to move file" error on SIG install was created by Grant NICKLIN

My setup was transferred to another host and was working OK until I tried to upgrade to v2.0.5. I first uninstalled the previous SIG install but keep getting the "Failed to move file" error whenever I try to install it. I have downloaded the latest version and am installing the correct 1.5 zip file but still get that file error. Any help please? PS - I had a search of the previous posts but coud not find any help with those.
