I am using SIG pro without any luck. I have been at this for 3days now reading forums and trying everything.
Looking for the fix has been tough mainly because, the fix is hardly ever posted. When someone problem is solved they just say thanks. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

My problem is the pics upload to media/k2/galleries when uploading to the k2 item image gallery selection but they wont come up on the image gallery. Nor does it work when I add a folder to the image/stories selection and use {gallery}flat{/gallery}, it just says file doesn't exist.

Then when upload completes and I go to the webpage the whole page won't come up. Until I remove the complete k2 item.

I never really had a problem with paid plugins like this. Seems weird. Your help is appreciated.

What I have tried: deleted cache file,switched popup engines, uninstalled and reinstalled sig and k2,edited code in upload php,changed root folders,

Provide me access to your super admin please and give me an example of an article with a gallery that doesn't display.

Great Katia helped me get it working. Once Katia added a test item to my K2. I could see where I made mistakes. My pictures where way to big. I used Fotosizer to size down the image to under 1mb and uploaded my zipped pics to my image gallery and it finally worked.

Katia provided information:Select or create the item you want to upload a gallery, go to -via the content item menu- Image gallery and upload a zip file with the photos you want. Make sure that the file is not too big and clean your cache when you change a gallery with another one.

Instructions to get SIG pro working on K2:
1-compile the pics that you want added to your image gallery
2- make sure the pics are not to big. I resized all of my pics to below 1mb.It was like 2-3    mb a piece.
3- go to the folder where your pics are then press ctrl and select the pics you want, then right click and send to compressed file.
4- now go to your k2 item and select image gallery upload file
5-once file has completed uploading you should see the pics below in the image gallery selection, if you don't there's a problem.
6- If you see the pics your good to go. You can also go to the plugin and change the gallery engine effects.

That should do it. Just make sure the files aren't to big. Enjoy and thanks Katia.
