hello,

I get black thumbnails on the site www.bodytrainer.nl/ i searched the forum but none of the solutions helped, can you help?

Hi,

I suggest that there is a problem with the rights of your cache directory. While trying to access a thumb pic directly in the cache directory (e.q. www.bodytrainer.nl/cache/jwsigpro_cache_518789be84img_0535.jpg) I got the message:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /cache/jwsigpro_cache_518789be84img_0535.jpg on this server.

So please check the permissions for www.bodytrainer.nl/cache or the files in the directory.

Well I have it working on one page here: host.revolutionwebstudios.com/~sandboxb/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=137:arizona&catid=39&Itemid=135

But on this page host.revolutionwebstudios.com/~sandboxb/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=177&Itemid=63 , the thumbs are black, but when you click on the thumbs the litebox and everything is normal.

Can't figure the issue out here, I am using SIG Pro. Thanks for any help.

Try to rename your images avoiding special characters like caps, slashes, % etc.

I have renamed my images and that has not worked. Anything else please???

Ok I found the fix, Please please please remember that when you upload images to the folder that you are calling to as a gallery that the file extension is ".jpg" and not ."jpeg". ou can always email me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you have aquestion about this specific thing.
