SIG Pro Upload Problems was created by dthomas32308
I have been working on trying to resolve this problem for the past few days and cant figure it out. When I upload a gallery the system is creating the folder in /media/k2/galleries/ but the files are not added to this folder. The max upload limit is set to 50m. Any help is greatly appreciated.

In the zip file do you have the images only or a folder with the images? It should be the first for the upload to work properly.

I have tried both at this point. Also, I have other sites on this server running SIG Pro successfully so I know things like GD are correct.

Have you tried a zip with less images or checked that the media folder has appropriate permissions?

I have tried a zip file with one one file less then 2mb in size. The permissions for the gallery have been set to 755 and even 777 to get this to work with no success.

Do you see the uploaded image to the Image Gallery Tab?

No, that is why the first post says that the files are not there. I am trying to get this ready to go onto a production site. When I upload it takes forever to load like it is uploading the files then it displays the saved sucessfully message and when you click the image gallery tab again it is just a browse with the box to delete the gallery with no thumbnails. The folder in images/com_jea/galleries creates the folder for the content item and it is empty. Being this is taking so long to get resolved is there any way that I can have someone to just check it for me?
