Hi there, I'm experiencing a really mysterious behaviour of SIG Pro. Follow me:

Open this link: inteam.nautilusitalia.com/index.php/it/matchless.html
Do you see any gallery ?

No ? OK, now look at the SAME page pointed by the under-domain WITH the WWW prefix:
www.inteam.nautilusitalia.com/index.php/it/amer-sport-too.html

There it is ! Now, even more mysterious: GO BACK to the first link .... inteam.nautilusitalia.com/index.php/it/matchless.html
The gallery is THERE again!

Bizarre, isn't it ? Any idea ? (other than vague "chaching problems" ...)

Getting back to the first gallery I cannot see any image...
However there are two different articles... In the one you have not inserted any gallery -in the second you have!

thanks Katia. I can assure you that the article is absolutely unique ... I'm rather convinced that it has something to do with caching and temporary files. On the other side, it does not seem to conflict with SEO and "friendly" URLs. In fact nothing changes under the rwo options.

Moreover, looking at the HTML source of the page not showing the gallery, you can find the following coding:

sorry Katia, I still have no clue to solve this problem ... My provider says the component has a problem with temporary files but I cannot identify WHERE. I tried to clear the cache BEFORE calling the site WITHOUT the WWW but ... no way.

then this ...    www.inteam.nautilusitalia.com/index.php/it/la-fenice.html
then this again ! inteam.nautilusitalia.com/index.php/it/la-fenice.html

Make sure that when you make changes via the backend you use the whole address (www.inteam.nautilusitalia.com/administrator)

Thanks Katia. Yes, I did it (and do it) all the times ... Moreover, the underdomain without WWW was created AFTER the creation of those pages ...

But if you access your site with www.inteam.nautilusitalia.com/index.php/it/la-fenice.html the gallery displays just fine.

exactly ! But ... both addresses point to the very same physical remote directory so ... how comes that if you first enter without the "www" the gallery does not show ?
