First let me add my voice to those complementing you! Simple Image Gallery is wonderful and works the way things should work.

I have it running on other sites but am having some sort of server conflict running it on a different server. (URL: www.galerie-arsnova.com)
I get the error message:

Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in
effect. File(/images/stories/thumbs/b3657cd420a1372d8856152e8911db05jpg)
is not within the allowed path(s):
(/tmp:/bin:/usr:/is/htdocs/wp1040126_OSDGIHIJB0) in
/is/htdocs/wp1040126_OSDGIHIJB0/www/mambots/content/plugin_jw_sigpro.php
on line 285

I tried the tricks I found in the thread
    forum.joomlaworks.net/index.php?topic=935.0
but still get the same error messages.

The support from my provider said I should put in the absolute path in the paramaters. The result is this error message:

Warning: imagejpeg() [function.imagejpeg]: Unable to open
'/is/htdocs/wp1040126_OSDGIHIJB0/www/is/htdocs/wp1040126_OSDGIHIJB0/www/images/stories/temp/b3657cd420a1372d8856152e8911db05.jpg'
for writing: No such file or directory in /is/htdocs/wp1040126_OSDGIHIJB0/www/mambots/content/plugin_jw_sigpro/sigpro_engine.php
on line 40

I'm getting desperate! Please help

Hi there!

This usually appears cause at some servers doesn't like the relative paths!

Try to do the fix from this post and come back to tell as if work for you!

Thank you!

Getting very close! It is working in some browsers but with IE 7 I get the message that the page cannot be opened. In Firefox and Safari it works but there is a rather long wait. (Maybe IE is timing out.)
Do you have any ideas as to what may be causing that?
Thanks a million!

I'm still waiting for a solution to IE 7. I'd love to be able to ignore it but, unfortunatly, a lot of people use Internet explorer.  :(
