Gurus and joomlaworks team,

Please give me some tips and guidance of how can i get sig to work on my page. :(

I have checked permissions on folder of 755.
I have checked the server has GD.
I use latest joomla 1.6.x fresh installed with SIG 2.2 yesterday.

I can open the image by clicking it, but i can't see the thumbnails.

I understand this problem may sound junior to you but I just can't figure it out where went wrong.

Please help.
Thanks in advance.
Josh

I am having the same issue.

Everything seems to be working well, but the thumbnails are blank. It's as if the helper file just isn't running.

There are no SIG folders in my cache folder.

I've set the cache folder to 775. Cache is writable
gd:

GD Support enabled
GD Version 2.0 or higher
FreeType Support enabled
FreeType Linkage with freetype
FreeType Version 2.3.9
T1Lib Support enabled
GIF Read Support enabled
GIF Create Support enabled
JPG Support enabled
PNG Support enabled
WBMP Support enabled

I've checked it in using Global Checkin
I've set the plugin's memory limit to 500 MB
And set cache expiry to 0 in hopes of "forcing it to go"

In order to make sure that your permissions are fixed in the right way, install Admin Tools from Akeeba Backup:

Yep, I've got Akeeba Admin Tools and the folder permission is 755. I've also tried 775, but there are still no JoomlaWorks folders in my cache folder.

Do I need to turn on Joomla caching plugin?
