I tried looking on this forum for the answer and tried multiple fixes but to no avail. I then sent a question to hosting company (Rochen.com) about it and this is the response I got:

It looks like your script developer has stored those images in an improper location (your cache directory). They should not be stored there for security reasons of course so you should probably have them fix that. They are being properly blocked by your Rochen high-security .htaccess file as they should be. You'd need to replace it with a standard Joomla .htaccess file if you're not able to fix the script issue, or modify the security rule blocking public access to files in the /cache directory to resolve the issue, thank you.

Why is this different for me and nobody seems to be having my issues.....is this what all have to do to get it working. Thanks in advance for he help.

Hi did you managed to fix this problem? i have the same issue. The thumbnails are fine in IE, but when you use chrome or Firefox not all of the thumbnails are showing?

solved my problem - my images had spaces in the names and removing them fixed the issue
