Title says it. On a clean joomla install with latest simplicity 2 template, the plugin shows ZERO options!

On simplicity II quick-start installation it works. SO....

(As workaround I overwrote the plugins folder with the plugin files from the simplicity 2 quick-start package and it works).

Can you look into this?
