Today i uploaded and installed the SIG, testing out the feature to decided wether to purchase the pro version. I have stumbled upon 1 problem. JW_SIG_PRG . Everything i have tried to fix the problem is :

1.) Made sure the joomla/cache is writable
2.) Made sure the 'Root Folder for image galleries' point to my root of my images
3.) Made sure i am using no '-' and using underscores instead

I really have no clue but i would like to see the potencial the plugin has to offer.

The link is inside a secure portal. If you could navigate to ''heros-time-eo.comyr.com/page4.html'' and enter the username ''Gallery'' And password ''Gallery'' - case sensitive - without quot marks. In the navigaion bar on the left is gallery. This error is displayed throught this category. Many Thanks.

Which SIG version do you use?

Version 2.2, with Joomla Version 1.7

I am having the same problem with the same version. Did you get a resolution? I had created an article with two galleries on the same page several months ago and it worked fine. I went back today to add a third gallery and I get the message "JW_SIG_PRG" at the top of the page and where my galleries used to show up, now it just shows the {gallery}name{/gallery} code. When I delete the third gallery out, it works again. Please help!!!

What you see on this forum post is the limited (non) help i got :( I gave up TBH I just deleted the page containing the SIG code and removed it. I would still love to get this working as it looks great. Its a shame the support is very poor.

That was problem to mine site also, but when i reinstall plugin it was working ;) so do it also ;)
