my galleries were all running fine and only noticed other day i got the Notice: JW_SIG_PRG error and no images appearing. what could have changed? i've read many forum comments on this and check/tried an few things

Permissions are set to 777 on the folders images are held in directories
i've installed this akeebabackup.com - admin-tools to help with any permission problems and have tried to re intsall the SIG software.

i did see a post mentioning a server memory issue, how can i find out if this is the problem. any other ideas to help resolve this issue.

for others who get similar problem. something had changed the permissions of a subdirectory cache. maybe server updates.

the folder i had to take ownership of and change permissions of folder and all files within it was

/cache/jw_simpleImageGallery/
