Am a Joomla newbie and trying to install the free version of SIG before I get the pro. It fails when I try to install the zip using extension install, returns "create; could not create directory". I am guessing that this is a permissions issue, but when I look at the server info, the cache says "writable". Don't really know where to turn, the person that set up the site is non communicative, and I am just learning this system, don't want to mess up the rest of the site.
Help! I want to buy the pro version!
