I just wonder if it is possible to control the sorting order of the images thumbnails, so the thumbs are sorted after what date they are added?
I have them sorted in the caption file today in the order I want them to display in front end but that doesn't seem to have any effect on the sorting in front end.
So if there's any tricks I'd love some tips on how to do this....

I have the same question. Can you discribe where I can change the way the images are sorted? For example my image names are 20130923160404.jpg, 20130923161705.jpg. And I want to have the newest photo to show at first.
