FTA of Administrators

I have the SIG Pro extension but the E-Mail address linked to the account expired and I can't reregister it and I've forgotten my password (doh!). I have sent some E-Mails to support using the contact form but I never receive a response so I'm just wondering if that form actually works? Is there another way I can contact you regarding this?
