I have been reading the forum and I have the same problem than others, with no pop up and the picts is opening in a new window

I am not sure how to see errors and understand them properly

could you please have a quick look and advise me on the way forward

please do note that the simplebox function is working, but there is too many useless textes hiding part of the picts
