Hi,

Have installed SIG and it works perfectly if i use the tag {gallery}galleri{/gallery}. But if i want to use a gallery in a sub folder i got a totally blank page. The tag i use is: {gallery}galleri/Historiskt{/gallery}

I have checked Permission with Admin Tools.

The thumbnails are created in cache/jw_sig folder

Working: bptk.se/Joomla3/index.php/bildgalleri

Not working: bptk.se/Joomla3/index.php/bildgalleri/historiskt

Please enable error reporting from your Global configuration to check what error you get in that blank page.

Check your server's memory limit. Go to System Information and under PHP information look for memory_limit. You might need to increase it and check if your page loads then.

I have incresed memmory limmit to 512M during this method: www.robertwent.com/blog/joomla/19-joomla-increase-php-local-memory-limit-without-changing-server-settings

in the php-info tab ive got:
memory_limit 512M 32M

I changed the "galleri" to have the sam pictures as the historisk, both fail, when i remove 1 pic its working.....

The error I got when I enabled error reporting was one of a memory limit.
You need to add the 512MB in the php.ini file of your server and check again.

Ask from your hosting company to help you with that.

I have added 512M to the php.ini file, but still the same.... I have contacted phpwebhosting to se if they can help....

Try to rename your gallery file to historiskt with small letters in case your server fails to handle it.

I tried to renme but no differens....

The problem seems to be related do fotos bigger than 1Mb, if there is one foto over 1Mb the page gets white.

If you have only 512MB memory limit is not sufficient for your page to load an image with more than 1MB size. Either try to use smaller sized images or increase the memory limit to 1024.

Ok, i have changed to 3072M and it works if i have one bigger picture, but if i have severel pictures and one ore more bigger than 1M it dont works......

You need to keep your images as optimised in size as possible. For the visitor to download for a page over 3MB in images is a little too much for a page load.
