Auto Rotating Images was created by dmathers89
For some reason images I have displaying with this pluggin are being flipped by factors of 90 degree rotations. For example I have images which have 4128 x 2322 dimensions which are being changed to 2322 x 4128 when displaying and other pictures where are already landscape dimensions but are being flipped upside-down.
Is there any reason for this?

I have same Problem.
www.mk-griesimsellrain.at/mk/index.php/haussammlung-2014
OK I "solved" the problem for me.
The problem is my camera or Windows 8.1
When I download the pics from my camera to Windows 8.1 all the pics are displayed correctly.
Upright-format pics are displayed as upright-format.
On Windows XP I have to rotate the upright-pics first.
Hope you understand my bad English ::)

I have the same issue with some of the images rotating in Simple Image Gallery Pro 3.0.8
They look fine in Windows 10...
As soon as I upload some of them then they rotate...
Are you able to fix this and also tell me why this might be happening?
You can download them here app.box.com/s/irrmaxzjrj9665f22nghks0vydle28c1
I wasn't able to use the attachment feature in this forum for some reason...
Many thanks, Kyle.

@Komodo Image
Simple Image Gallery PRO is not changing the images orientation when uploading. Actually, it is not processing the uploaded images at all, it just generates the thumbnails. So, if your images are not displayed correctly then probably this means that the program you used to rotate them in your computer is not working properly.
In any case you can always rotate the images you have uploaded using the media manager of Simple Image Gallery PRO.

Hi Lefteris,
Yes upon further research it seems that there's a difference between Windows 7 and later Windows OS versions in the way they deal with images and rotation... Several people have had issues with it...
And yes thank you - I hadn't used the Media Manager for a while and had forgotten about the rotation feature which sorted my issue.
Cheers, Kyle.
