First at all i would like to apologize for my English.
The problem is with Simple image gallery plugin. It doesn't load:

• Folder permissions are ok; I have checked that with Admin Tools;
• Plugin is enabled;
• Root folder for image galleries is set to: images
• path to pictures is ok:{gallery}naujienos/2014/02/20{/gallery}

I'm also using AllVideos (by JoomlaWorks) and it doesn't give me such problems.
I migrated from new server. Any posibility that its fault in sql?

Solved my problems.
Made new website with joomla + sig on standart template and it showed that php GD is missing.
Installed that and that's it.
