It looks like for some reason your server is not serving the thumbnails: www.bottega-darte.com/cache/jw_sig/jw_sig_cache_e2f91c80e8_303.jpg . In addition your error.php page has an error not allowing us to see the message. Try to:

1. Check that the cache directory is not protected with .htaccess.

2. Fix the error.php so we can get more information regarding the error.

This is a guess, it is not sure that there is an .htaccess. file. Try to rename the file htaccess.txt ( you will find it in the root directory of your site ) to .htaccess. Also look for an .htaccess file in /cache directory. If you find one delete it from there. If you are not familiar at all with this, then just ask your hosting provider why your server is not serving the static file www.bottega-darte.com/cache/jw_sig/jw_sig_cache_e2f91c80e8_303.jpg.
