Try this: lower the pixels at the Setting: Image thumbnail height.

Has this issue/problem been resolved? If so, where can I find the fix or if not, how can it be corrected?

In plugin_jw_sig.php in mambots/content:
<!-- JW "Simple Image Gallery" Plugin (v1.2.1) starts here -->
<link href="'.$mosConfig_live_site.'/mambots/content/plugin_jw_sig/sig.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
<style type="text/css">.sig_cont {width:'.($_width_+20).'px;height:'.($_height_-20).'px;}</style>
Height is +20 by default. Make it -20 and you have the fix :)

is there a solution for the PRO version of this?
I'm running into the same issue and am having a hell of a time trying to find the offending code.
