Hi, I had the same problem, try this solution:

go to "plugins/content/plugin_jw_sig" path

and set 755 or 777 file attributes to file "showthumb.php"

Sorry for my english.

I hope this will be useful.

Bye

I am having the same problem.

the troubleshooting says

Thumbnails do not show up (user sees red X's - in IE). If this is the case, the problem is due to wrongly enforced file permissions from your server (the file showthumb.php should be writable - 755 or 777). Or your server is missing the GD Image Library. Either way, ask your hosting company to fix this.

okay. my host replied

Thank you for contacting us. Please try to enable php5 using .htaccess. If you need to use php5, please add the line in your .htaccess file.

AddHandler application/x-httpd-php5 .php
If .htaccess file does not exist by default. Simply open up your notepad and place "AddHandler application/x-httpd-php5 .php" inside it. Now save the file as ".htaccess" and upload it to your public_html - this will make all *.php scripts execute as PHP5.

i have done this but i still only see red "X" but if I click it the image is shown full size

Please help
