Nice to see the free Simple Image gallery has been updated. I am unable to find whether or not Simple Image Gallery Pro has been, or will be, updated. A search of JoomalWorks.net 'Extension Updates' looks as though nothing has happened since many years ago, then I find the articles are ordered with the latest being last. Even the latest seems to be years ago, time to either take out the link or reorder and keep this up to date.
Simple Image Gallery Pro has worked well for many years on a community site I maintain, do I now just use the Simple Image Gallery Free?

The PRO version is the next extension to be updated. The new version will include apart from various minor fixes and enhancements (media manager update) a new lightbox engine and a new layout template as well.

You can revert to the free edition but you will miss out on the backend UI and the multitude of templates and lightbox engines.
