Rotate Images was created by Gavin Lythgoe
Some of my images are on their side. Is there a way to rotate the images in Simple Image Gallery Pro? They look ok on the computer but when I load them to my website some of the images need to be rotated.
Thanks for the help!

Hello Gavin,
You can use the media manager of K2 for this purpose, I don't think the core media manager offers this functionality.
This happens due to the reason that these images were initialy taken as you can see them now (rotated) and then rotated in your camera or phone.

Hi, I am having the same problem, but the k2 galleries created in SIGP are not located in the Media Manager. They are created in the directory media/k2/galleries which does not open when I access the Media Manager. The Media Manager only opens the images directory. How can I access the media/k2/galleries directory and rotate the images?

I'm afraid you can't at the moment.

Is there not a solution for this? SIGP does not read the rotation value from the metadata? This must happen to all of us all the time.

It's not SIGP, it's what browsers interpret. And browsers don't yet read EXIF data when displaying images.
